Usually being able to be separated,the cylindrical roller bearing is usually guided by the two ribs of one bearing ring,and the cage,roller and guiding ring constitute and assembly.Such bearing is convenient in installation,assembly and disassembly, and its advantages could be shown especially when it is requested that the inner and outer ring shall have interference fit with the axle and housing.Such bearing is generally only used to bear the radial load.Only the single-row bearing whose inner ring and outer ring both have rids could bear the smaller radial load or bigger intermittent radial load.Compared with the deep groove ball bearing with the same overall dimension,such bearing has larger radial load capacity and is also applicable for high speed revolution from the structure perspective.
 
The cylindrical roller bearing is mainly used for machine tool,oil,vibration screen,rolling mill handling machinery and machines in various industries.
 
Crowned shaved design is adopted for the roller and raceway of RXZ cylindrical roller bearing,in order to eliminate the edge prestress and to the enhance the bearing life.
The ribs of RXZ cylindrical roller bearing are designed to have a certain angle of inclination,so the radial load they bear is bigger than the conventional design.    
 

Features of Spherical Roller Bearing:

Spherical roller bearings have an outer ring with an internal spherical shape. The rollers are thicker in the middle and thinner at the ends. Spherical roller bearings can thus accommodate both static and dynamic misalignment. However, spherical rollers are difficult to produce and thus expensive, and the bearings have higher friction than an ideal cylindrical or tapered roller bearing since there will be a certain amount of sliding between rolling elements and rings.
Spherical roller bearings can take, not only heavy radial loads, but also some axial loads in either direction. They have excellent radial load-carrying capacity and are suitable for use where there are heavy or impact loads.
Some spherical roller bearings have tapered bores and may be mounted directly on tapered shafts or cylindrical shafts using adapters or withdrawal sleeves. Pressed steel and machined brass cages are used.

Designation of spherical roller bearings 
Spherical roller bearings are produced in several designs, depending on bearing series and size. The differences are
- the arrangement of the floating guide ring as well as
- the design of the inner ring and/or cages,
as described in the following.
C(J), CC--Two window-type steel cages, flangeless inner ring and guide ring center  on the inner ring
EC(J), ECC(J)--Two window-type steel cages, flangeless inner ring, guide ring center on the inner ring and reinforced roller complement.
CA--One-piece machined brass cage, double-pronged, retaining flanges on the inner ring and guide ring center on the inner ring
CAF-- As CA, but with a steel cage.
ECA, ECAC-- Reinforced roller complement, one-piece machined brass cage, double-pronged, retaining flanges on the inner ring, guide ring center on the inner ring.
ECAF-- As ECA, but with a steel cage.
E-- For bearings with a bore diameter d ≤ 65 mm: Two pressed window-type steel cages, flangeless inner ring and guide ring centred on the inner ring
CAFA-- One-piece machined steel cage, double-pronged, centred on the outer ring raceway, retaining flanges on the inner ring and guide ring centred on the inner ring

Features of Tapered Roller Bearing:
Tapered roller ring included cup and cone there two parts.Cup is outer ring, Cone comprise rollers,cage,inner ring.And the inner ring with the rollers and cage can be fitted separately from the outer ring.The tapered roller bearings are generally used to support comnined load mainly consisting of radial load. The carrying capacity of axial load depends on the contact angle of raceway of outer rings. The bigger the contact angle is, the strongerr the capacity will be .
